I chose snakes for my project because I found their lifestyle fascinating and because snakes are in their own way beautiful.

Snakes are legless thin reptiles. There are 2,700 species of snake, of which 375 are venomous. They have a huge range of colours from bright to dull. Brightly coloured snakes are usually poisonous.
